What are the shipping methods?

We ship using USPS priority mail and first class mail for lighter items. Orders will ship out with in one too two business days. We also offer FREE local delivery to Santa Clarita CA residence.

What's the return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy on all unopened items. The return period starts once an order is delivered. Any food products that have been opened are none refundable. Any open non food items can be returned with in 15 days of the items being delivered. Just call or email us to process a return. Buyer pays any and all return postage fees.

Do you do bird grooming?

Yes we do bird grooming. We trim nails, clip wings, and file down sharp beaks for all types of pet birds. Visit the grooming page to schedule an appointment.

We charge $5 for small bird nails. (parakeets, lovebirds and similar small sized birds)

$10 for medium to large bird nails. ( cockatiels, conures, african greys, and similar sized birds)

All birds are $5 for wing trimming and $5 for beak filling.

Do you do bird sitting?

Yes we can watch your bird for you while you are away. We do require you to bring enough food for your bird for the duration of there stay. Birds will be dropped off at the place of business in Santa Clarita CA 91321. We charge $10 a night per bird. There is no minimum or maximum time that we can watch your bird. Call or fill out the sitting form here to check times and space availability.

Do you sell live birds?

Yes we sell all different kinds of birds. Give us a call or email to find out what we have in stock. We do not ship any live birds.

Where are you located?

We are an online e-commerce store. However we are based out of Santa Clarita California. Call or email if you are local and want to purchase a bird or set up a grooming appointment.
